13, 2007 Two very large birds…were perched together (one is a bit smaller than the other) on a tree limb in the area across from the parking lot/water station up the gradual hill before the high point overlooking the Pond. Nancy Schieffelin (These birds are probably a pair of Red-tailed Hawks that are looking for a nesting site. Birders will be watching the area around Kingsley Park to see if they nest there. |
