Nesting Birds and Fledglings
A Friends of Fresh Pond Reservation Bird Walk
These birders are searching for a warbling vireo singing high in a tree. We did see the bird, along with a nice assortment of other species. Later, when we looked a few feet from the shoreline of Fresh Pond and saw a common loon in full breeding plumage, we felt that 7-07-07 was a indeed a lucky day.
