Survey of Aquatic Weeds at Black's Nook
Members of the Friends of Fresh Pond Reservation Planning Committee performed this year's survey of aquatic plants at Black's Nook. (Pictured, left to right: Barbara Strell, Suzanna Black, and Betsy Meyer.) Data from 2007 and 2009 indicate that plant species have not changed during this time, a positive sign indicating stability in the pond ecosystem.
