Lance-leaved Goldenrod
Solidago graminifolia
This is one of the early blooming goldenrods at Fresh Pond.
It has long, narrow, toothless leaves, and the flowers form a flattish cluster.
Like all Solidago species, it is a popular site for bees and butterflies.
