          Weeping Willow (Salix babylonica)
This enormous willow shades part of the golf course
in the morning, and Black's Nook in the afternoon.
Weeping Willows probably originated in central Asia,
but have long been planted and are well loved in many
parts of the world. Like our native Black Willow
(Salix nigra), they grow best near water and with
plenty of room to spread their limbs.
