Jewelweed or Spotted Touch-me-not
Impatiens capensis
Jewelweed is a native wetland plant. The leaves look very similar
to those of the familiar and brightly flowered annual called Impatiens.
Both plants develop seed pods that, when ripe, explode when touched.
It is quite startling when this happens; hence the name Touch-me-not.
