Fresh Pond Day
Perfect weather attracted many hundreds of revelers to the Reservation for the pleasure of being outside in this beautiful place and to participate in a variety of activities including (photos, from top to bottom):
Lots of information tables
Honk band and other music
Big machines to climb on
Face painting (and a parade)
Fixing water main leaks
A demonstration with a live broad-winged hawk (and also a great horned owl and a turtle)
A visit to the Woodland Restoration Project
