Goldenrod and Aster Identification
A Friends of Fresh Pond Reservation Program
What species of goldenrod is this? We asked, and answered, that question seven times, using a dichotomous key to guide us. Then we identified five asters using another key. With our newfound identification skills, we then visited the Kingsley Bioswale where we examined plants in the field.
