The Park of Microscopic Life
The microorganisms that live in Fresh Pond were the stars of this daylong family event during International Park(ing) Day!* A parking space on Chilton Street was reserved for hands-on activities and distribution of information about algae and other microcopic life found at Fresh Pond Reservation. Co-sponsored with Friends of Tobin School.
*Park(ing) Day is an annual worldwide event where artists, designers, and citizens transform metered parking spots into temporary public parks.
