Sugar Maple Leaf (Acer saccharum)
Much of the splendor of autumn in New England is due to the colorful leaves of sugar maples. With a pallet including yellow, orange, and red, these trees light up the countryside. Sugar maples have been planted along the road through Kingsley Park, where this leaf was found.
