Edible Wild Plants at Fresh Pond Reservation
Russ Cohen, author of Wild Plants I have Known…and Eaten cheerfully introduced participants on this evening walk to the many edible wild plants that grow on the Reservation. The light mist that began to fall as we started soon turned to rain, then a downpour, but Russ never lost his smile or his interest in looking for the next edible species. This was a special program open only to members of Friends of Fresh Pond Reservation.
