A Visit to the Woodland Restoration Project
The Woodland Restoration Project is a volunteer stewardship area north
of the Water Department that has been planted with species that are
native to what is now Middlesex County. It is a good place to learn
about native plants that a gardener might want to use in his or her
own garden. During this program, volunteers who maintain the area were
on site to welcome people and answer their questions.
Reservation visitors are welcome to stop by the Woodland Restoration
Project for a quiet visit, to walk the circular path, and sit on the
bench. This area has many fragile plants: No dogs, please!
