Plant Identification Workshop
A large number of people showed up on this beautiful evening for a walk around the Reservation with New England Wild Flower Society's Ted Elliman. He introduced participants to many of Fresh Pond's native and non-native trees, shrubs, and wildflowers. In photo on right, Ted points out a stand of Spotted Joe-Pye Weed, Eupatoriadelphus maculatus.
As we walked back to the parking lot, we enjoyed this lovely sunset, below.
