Migratory Bird Walk
Today's walk began with a bit of drama, as very large flocks of migrating
robins and grackles flew past Neville Place. We also saw an unusually
large number of American Goldfinches, Dark-eyed Juncos and Yellow-rumped
Warblers. Among the waterfowl there was a Common Gallinule, a rarely
seen bird at Fresh Pond. Here, we are looking at sparrows at Lusitania
Meadow.
