A Cheerful Welcome
The planting bed in the middle of the Water Department parking lot is aglow with a variety of colorful native wildflowers. Shown here are Black-eyed Susans, Rudbeckia serotina, Whorled Coreopsis, C. verticillata, and Butterfly Weed, Asclepias tuberosa. Soon the display will be joined by yellow goldenrods and purple asters.
