Common Blue Violet, Viola papilionacea
Also known as "Dooryard Violet, this pretty native can also be found in meadows and woods. This one is growing in the Woodland Restoration Project. Other violets in the project area include Sweet White Violets (Viola blanda) American Dog Violet (Viola labradorica) and Smooth Yellow Violet (Viola pensylvanica)
