Winter Bird Walk
A Friends of Fresh Pond Reservation Program
Snow flurries did not deter this hardy flock of birders from taking a alk from Black's Nook to Lusitania Meadow. We were rewarded with a long look at lively mixed flock of Black-capped chickadees, Tufted titmice, Downy woodpeckers, White-breasted nuthatches, Slate-colored juncos, and American goldfinches.
