Stropharia rugosa-annulata (Wine Caps)
Over the course of 4 days these Wine cap mushrooms grew from looking like medium-sized red skinned potatoes (max diameter about 3 inches) to lunch plate size (about 7 inches.) They were found at the base of a recently-planted shrub near the Woodland Restoration Project.
