Fall Migration Bird Walk
Birders in this photo are enjoying long looks at a male Red-bellied Woodpecker that seemed to be following us. We also saw plenty of ducks, including Canvasbacks, female Scaup, a male Bufflehead, and an unusually large number of Coots. Our leader, Nancy Guppy, in the tan jacket, has led more than 120 bird walks with the Friends group since 2002.
