Yes, it is poison ivy, Toxicodendron radicans, all dressed up
for autumn.
In this photo, the vine is still easily recognizable because of its
3 leaflets. Poison ivy is a native plant that produces berries that
provide winter food for birds and other animals. All parts of the plant
can cause a rash in humans during any season.
