A pair of Tree Swallows have claimed this nesting box located in the
wetlands at the west end of Lusitania Meadow. They will build their
nest of grass and feathers, and lay from about 4 to 6 eggs.
Please report to the Ranger any signs of disturbance including predators
such as raccoons or chipmunks, and any sightings of House Sparrows in
or on the nesting boxes.
