Swamp Honeysuckle or Clammy Azalea,
Rhododendron viscosum
Beautiful, aromatic flowers make this small native wetland shrub a winner in the garden. This bush is growing in the small conservation area we call "Suzanna's Corner," where volunteers with the Friends group have planted locally native species of trees, shrubs, wildflowers, ferns and grasses; and are removing invasive plants.
