Swamp Milkweed, Asclepias incarnata
Among the seeds planted in the Lusitania Wetland Meadow were those of this beautiful native wetland wildflower. In addition to attracting bees and other pollinators, it is one of the host plants for the larvae of Monarch Butterflies.
