Spring Greenup Walk
A Friends of Fresh Pond Reservation Program
During this program we focused on native and naturalized trees, shrubs, vines and herbaceous plants in the areas in back of Neville Place, including the patio garden, the empty field, and the nearby woods. About 90 species were identified. Here, walk leader Barbara Strell, at right, shows participants a highbush blueberry.
