          Daisy Fleabane, Erigeron annus
Although this plant is considered a weed when it moves into the garden,
a close look at one of the ¾ inch flowers reveals that it has
its own beauty. Fleabanes are members of the Composite Family: The yellow
center of each flower consists of many small flowers, and each "petal"
is actually part of an individual flower.
