Oxeye Daisy, Chrysanthemum leucanthemum
Although loved by poets, romantics, and those who ask, "She loves me, she loves me not" this daisy is now considered a "noxious weed" across the US and in Canada. Portions of the Wier Meadow wetland and the lower section of Kingsley Park become a sea of white as they begin blooming in late spring.
