Highbush Cranberry, Viburnum trilobum
The Cranberry bush is a four-season plant: in spring it produces these
lovely flat-topped flower clusters, in summer its berries turn bright
red, in fall the leaves blush to orange and pink, and in winter it provides
food for hungry birds. The large marginal flowers are not fertile; only
the inconspicuous middle flowers contain stamens and pistils, and produce
berries.
