Summer Solstice Bird Walk
As twilight falls, the evening birders return to Neville Place for refreshments. Highlights of the walk included fledgling tree swallows practicing how to fly, a house wren enter and leaving its cavity nest, a singing orchard oriole, a Baltimore oriole at its nest, good looks at warbling vireos, and numerous singing yellow warblers.
