Red-stemmed Dogwood, Cornus stolonifera
The beautiful red branches of this shrub in winter, clusters of white flowers in spring, white fruit in summer, and orange-yellow leaves in fall make this plant a four-season winner. These bushes are growing near the Water Department plant.
