A large noisy flock of about 130 American crows congregated on the golf course and in the adjacent trees near the clubhouse late this afternoon. Recent rain had left puddles in which some were bathing. Several were seen harassing some mallards that were standing in the same area. The birds might have chosen this spot as their roosting place for the evening.
