Bird Sightings Board
This white-board in the lobby of the Ranger Station at the Walter J.
Sullivan Water Treatment Facility has become a popular place for birders
to record what they have seen and to learn what others have seen. Among
the birds that were of special interest this winter were at least four
common loons, a flock of twelve redheads, two great blue herons, a great
horned owl, and a flock of cedar waxwings.
