Identifying Trees by their Buds
After honing their skills by using the Winter Tree Finder guide by Dorcas Miller to identify trees outside, participants in this program came inside and used those skills as well as their artistic abilities to make their own twig charts using real twigs from trees found at Fresh Pond Reservation. Everyone had a great time, learned much, and took home their finished product.
