White Boneset, Eupatorium perfoliatum
Bees, butterflies, and other insects swarm over the abundant flowers of the boneset. In the closeup photo there are three species of bees. These native perennial wildflowers can become 6 foot tall and wide, as is this plant, which is growing in the Water Department bioswale.
