Swamp Milkweed (Asclepias incarnata)

The Weir Meadow swale has both Common and Swamp Milkweed. It is easy to distinguish between the two: the leaves and pods of Common Milkweed are much broader than those of Swamp Milkweed, and the pods of Swamp Milkweed point straight up, rather than to the side.
